Terms of Service

CleanSlip is record-keeping software for dry cleaning and laundry businesses, covering customer records, garment tracking, pricing, orders, and payment tracking. CleanSlip is a tool for keeping records — we don't process or hold funds on behalf of any business, and payment amounts recorded in the app reflect what a business tells us was collected, not a live payment processor.

Access is via Google sign-in. A business owner may invite other people as co-owners or staff; each invited person must accept the invite with the Gmail address it was sent to before gaining access. Owners are responsible for who they invite and what role they assign.

CleanSlip offers a Free plan and paid Pro / Pro Plus plans with the features and limits described on our pricing page. We may change plan features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed in advance and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use CleanSlip for any unlawful purpose;
• Enter customer data you don't have a lawful basis to collect;
• Attempt to access another business's records without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including attempting to bypass usage limits.

You (and the business you represent) own the customer, order, and business data you enter into CleanSlip. You're responsible for its accuracy and for complying with applicable data protection law, including obtaining any necessary consent from your customers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data on your behalf.

We aim to keep CleanSlip reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. CleanSlip includes offline support for creating orders when your connection drops, which sync automatically once you're back online — but we're not liable for data loss caused by browser storage limits, closing the app before a sync completes, or extended offline periods.

CleanSlip is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using CleanSlip at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms as CleanSlip evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
